We currently offer 7+ courses with our membership, including Complete Courses for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced learners, Spanish reading and listening comprehension courses, and courses to master Spanish vocabulary, conjugation, expressions, and medical Spanish for healthcare professionals. We're always adding more courses to further enhance your language learning experience.
We offer monthly and annual membership plans with unlimited access to all courses and learning materials. Cancel or renew your plan at any time for complete control over your learning journey.
Our courses are self-paced, allowing you to study at your own pace and on your own schedule. You have complete flexibility to access the course material whenever you like and progress through the material as quickly or as slowly as you prefer.
We offer a variety of support options to our members, including personal feedback on essay writing exercises from a certified Spanish teacher. You can also ask questions in the comment section of each course and email us at email@example.com for any Spanish language or culture-related queries. Our team is always available to support you in your language learning journey.
If you are not completely satisfied with your My Daily Spanish membership program within the first 30 days of purchase, you can request a refund. We will promptly refund your course fee, no questions asked.
Additionally, our students have the flexibility to cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, students will not be charged any further fees. To cancel your membership, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, we do offer certifications for completing our courses.
"I SIGNED UP FOR THE MY DAILY SPANISH MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM"
In the homepage, you will find a Log in button at the upper left corner.
Click it and it will take you to the log in page.
Enter your details in the fields provided. That’s it. You’re logged in.
Once you have logged in (see previous question and answer), you will be able to view Your Profile page. Simply look for the Your Profile button in the upper left corner of the homepage.
You will see that all your available courses are listed there.
If you have signed up for the My Daily Spanish membership program but, for some reason, the courses do not show up on Your Profile page, please do the following steps.
Step 1: Check your email and make sure that you received a confirmation email for your purchase.
A confirmation email from My Daily Spanish will be sent to the email address registered to your My Daily Spanish account. Make sure to also check your junk mail/ spam folder.
There is a possibility that you used a different email address. Kindly check your other email addresses, too.
If you were not able to receive any confirmation email despite multiple double-checking on your part, it could indicate that your purchase did not go through.
Step 2: Check your bank / PayPal
To confirm that you have in fact already purchased the membership, please double-check the payment history of the payment method you used, whether it is your bank account or your PayPal account.
If the purchase shows up in your financial information but you have not been able to locate the courses using the steps mentioned, please proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Contact My Daily Spanish Support
Please send the details to email@example.com, and we’ll be happy to help you figure out what happened and how you may access your courses.
In the log in page, click “Lost your password?”
You will then be asked to reset your password.
Follow the instructions until you are able to re login using the new password.
On the course homepage, you can check the progress bar, where the equivalent percentage of the course you have completed will be shown.
Take note that the lessons may be taken in any order, and your progress will still be tracked. But it is highly recommended that you follow the sequence provided.
In lessons that contain quizzes, you need to complete all the quizzes before you can complete each lesson.
Yes, in most courses you should be able to see the first module called “offline materials” where you can get the downloadable version of your course. We are about to simplify the system to make it even easier. A print version and an e-book version / audiobook version will be provided as well, whenever applicable.
Yes, you do have the option to retake the quiz. Each time you do, your new score will be reflected. But for learning purposes, our advice is to take note of your errors and try to do better in the succeeding quizzes.
For purchases of My Daily Spanish products done on other platforms such as Amazon, Audible, Kobo, iTunes, or independent booksellers, please review their respective refund policies. A refund will be processed through the platform where you purchased the product.
